The TOKYO INDIE GAMES SUMMIT(hereinafter referred to as TIGS)has introduced a business matching system called "MeetToMatch" for creators, publishers, media, and others who want to meet with event participants to talk business.
What is "MeetToMatch" ?
"MeetToMatch" is a business matching system used for major B2B events in the gaming industry. You can use it to set up business negotiations, check stage events/sessions, and search for exhibition contents and services. This premium event matching service will allow you to meet potential business partners and experience events not by chance, but by necessity.
Advantages of using "MeetToMatch"

1 Contacting the participants during the exhibition period
TIGS encourages all exhibitors to register their "MeetToMatch" information.
You can communicate through email, live chat, social media, or phone.
*Not only are exhibitors eligible to participate in "MeetToMatch" , but those who have purchased a Business Day ticket are also eligible. -
2 Talking business deals with sponsor companies, exhibiting developers, media, etc.
ITGS has prepared a special venue where you can have face-to-face business meetings. This venue is located a 1-minute walk from the main venue. You can reserve a space for business negotiations and interviews.

3 Setting up online business meetings
If you can't make it to the venue, you can still make a reservation with "MeetToMatch" for online business negotiations.
Please use your own online meeting platform.
Registration Flow

Step 1
Purchase a "Business Ticket."
Please note: A public day ticket is not applicable in this case. -
Step 2
You will receive an email from the "MeetToMatch" inviting you to register for "MeetToMatch" at the email address you used when purchasing the ticket. (Sent sequentially from February.)

Step 3
Go to the website and complete the registration form via the link in the email.

Step 4
You will receive an invitation from "MeetToMatch" to register for the system.
* Please register as soon as possible, as it will take a few days for the information to arrive. -
Step 5
When the TIGS starts (the 8th and 9th of March), please follow the instructions you have received to enter the system.
* It will take a few days for the registration information to reflect on the system.
If it's submitted at the last minute, there's a chance it won't be ready in time for the event.
Thus, please fill out the registration form as soon as you receive the email.
* Tickets will be on sale from 12:00 on Friday, January 17, to 16:50 on Sunday, March 8 JST.
Notes:
1. To proceed, it is necessary for you and the appointor to agree on a suitable meeting date and
time. Please be advised that the TIGS management office will not be involved in any way if the
appointment does not work out.
2. If you need an interpreter for your meeting, please prepare your own.
